Hello Families,

Today we finished the NWEA language arts test. The students who finished today had very good results.

Tomorrow we will take the reading portion of the NWEA. Please make sure your child gets a very good night’s rest and eats a good healthy breakfast. I am doing my best to balance the importance of these results with not stressing the students too much. The biggest issue we are having is the students not taking their time. Please have a short discussion with your child so he/she is not disappointed with the results.

For homework tonight I am having the students finish math Succeed #1-3 and Zearn. Please have them show you their reading level according to Readtheory – they can log in and read at home on this site anytime.

1. Half-day Friday
2. No school Monday
3. Half-day Tuesday
4. Pizza orders due one week from today – please help raise funds for the PTA – the students really benefit from your efforts.
