Wednesday, May 13th

Hello Everyone – What a beautiful day right?? Did anyone see the Blue Angels fly overhead on Tuesday morning? They flew over our area as a salute (honoring) all the healthcare workers who are working so hard to help people get healthy. I saw them fly overhead from a field by Michael’s house, we saw seven planes. It was very cool.

Did you know……

  1. The fastest speed for a Blue Angel plane is 700 miles per hour.
  2. The Blue Angels started way back in 1946.
  3. The planes fly so close together sometimes only 18 inches apart.

Okay, I am not sure if you know this but May 13th was supposed to be a “late start” day. Because of this I am giving you a little break – I shortened the language arts assignment (only a short reading assignment). You do have math and social studies, but language arts is shorter because of our “late start”.
