Hello Families,

I hope your weekend was great. Today we worked on the last NWEA test for the fall, the language test, most of the students finished. Tomorrow the students who did not will finish during a center rotation. Because of the testing we did not finish a full lesson in math so there is no homework yet. I did tell the students to expect math homework for the remainder of the week (not on Friday).

If your child is considering instrumental lessons please fill out the form and send it back to school with the money by Friday. Ms. Hartrick did tell the kids that if the $70 was an issue they could pay $10 per month for seven months. It is a great opportunity if you are interested.

Open House is this Thursday. It begins schoolwide at 6:00. All the 5th grade teachers are having parent meetings at 5:30 for our parents. My meeting will begin at 5:30 and last about 20 minutes.
