Hey everyone!

With only 9 school days left in the year, I figure I should update you and let you know/remind you of a few things.

1. You should have read TWO books this card marking.  I have been saying this to you since I started SSR in my room back in October/November.  If you have not read TWO books in class, you will forfeit the 40 points summative for the reading log, and you will not be allowed to do a SSR project, which will be another 40 points summative lost.  You have more than enough time to read at home and you also have 50 minutes a week in my class to read (10 minutes a day).  So, please do not get upset with me because you did not follow my directions.
2. I assigned a commonlit assignment yesterday, it is due tonight by 11:59pm.  If it is submitted late, you will get a zero.
3. Today’s commonlit assignment is due tomorrow by 11:59.  If it is submitted late, you will get a zero.
4. Over the weekend/3 day break for Eid, you will also have 2 commonlit assignments and 2 NewsELA assignments to do as a practice for your final.
5. When we get back from the break, we will continue to create study guides and go over relevant skills to ensure your success on the final.

Should you have any questions that ARE NOT ABOUT GRADES, feel free to email me.

As always, if you email me about grades, I will not respond; and if you email me multiple times about grades, I will forward your emails to administration.
