Hi Class! I hope you all had a great weekend. Let’s get back into our routine this week and start off by following our morning schedule. If you have not found it yet, it is under the “Class Info” tab.
Hi Class! Just a reminder to check out the excellent blogs from our ancillary staff. You can find their links under the “Ancillary Services” tab at the top of this page. Look at this cool activity I found from our Occupational Therapist! Sounds like fun! Enjoy!
This week we started our online virtual classes! It was SO exciting to see you all! I look forward to class again next week! The link with the days and times of class were sent to you in your e-mail. If you know your background might be a little noisy, please mute your microphones during class. We will have a few visitors next week during class so be sure to join! E-mail me if you need the links again.
When assisting your student with a task, try to identify which prompt level they currently need to complete the task successfully. Our goal will be to work toward your student becoming less dependent on helpers and making their way towards being as independent as possible as we continue working on targeted skills. If you would like more information on any of the prompt levels or want more examples, please ask me during our instructional times.
Hi Class! I hope you are all doing well and I hope you are using and practicing your communication skills that you have been working so hard on! Don’t forget to visit Ms. Hunt’s blog for some great videos and activities! This weeks word is “Want”!
Hi Class! I hope you all enjoyed your spring break. During the break I took some extra time to go outside for long walks through my neighborhood. The weather was great! I hope you have a chance to go to the “Class Info” section to do our morning routine and get back in to the swing of things. If you check the weather for today you will notice it is going to be very windy! I thought this science lesson on wind would be a great way to jump back in to our routine! Enjoy!
Hello Class!
Next week is our spring break. I hope you all find time to go outside for some fresh air and sunshine! I miss you all and I will be back on here next week with more activities and updates. Take care, stay healthy and I will see you all (online) soon!
