We had such a fun Valentine’s Party!!!!

Hello Families!

We really enjoyed all of the fun and laughter during our Valentine’s celebration! Thank you all so much for all of the treats and Valentines you sent to school with your children! They loved sharing these with their friends!

Take a look at the lovely time we had today!

We made heart boys and girls to decorate the front of our Valentine bags!
Look at our adorable Valentine treat bags!
Here are the rest of the adorable treat bags!
We decorated and ate cupcakes!
Some friends used their sour candy hearts to decorate their cupcakes!
We sorted, counted, and graphed colored candy hearts!
We played a Valentine sight word game to music!
We read the sight words when the music stoppped!
We created very special Valentines!
We graphed candy hearts!
We used two dice as we rolled and colored the sum of the two numbers shown.
We created Valentines with lots of different craft materials!
We played Valentine Bingo!
Thank you to all of our Valentine volunteers that joined our party! We appreciate you all so much!

We practiced addition at our Valentine’s party!
We loved playing Bingo!

We listened to the story “The Day it Rained Hearts” by Felicia Bond. Then we created a math project of raining hearts!

We used a number bond and an equation to represent the hearts that rained down on our project!

Please remember, tomorrow is a late start! School will start one hour later!
