The Buffalo Bills hired their first female full time coach.They hired Kathryn Smith as a special teams quality control coach.Smith served as the administrative assistant to head coach Rex Ryan this season after working for 12 years for the New York Jets, including the final six under Ryan when he was the Jets’ head coach. Kathryn deserves her promotion to be a full time coach.The bills made history by hiring the first woman NFL coach.

Ryan Rex says,”You can see the success some of these young ladies are having in the coaching profession, such as the young lady that is an assistant to Coach Popovich at the San Antonio Spurs,”.Richie Incognito and Dr. jen Welte are players on the Buffalo Bills and the tweeted on their twitter how happy they are to have her as a coach.Nour Bazzi loves football and she’s really good but she’s too shy to tryout for football and she states, “ finally a woman that can help lead football, I believe she will lead the Bills to success”.

Kathryn Smith replaced Michael Hamlin who was a former NFL player.”Kathryn Smith has proven that she’s ready for the next step, so I’m excited and proud for her with this opportunity.” says Ryan Rex the coach of Buffalo Bills.On the other hand some people might not want a woman coach and think the Buffalo bills might lose.But according to the Bills they are happy and thankful for her.Hamza Assli states , I  hope she will lead them to the superbowl because of her hard work and plan,”.The Bills are proud to be working with Kathryn Smith.
