I have created links to the exercise videos that we have performed in class. Eventually, they will be located in the folder called Exercise Resources.
All grades/ points and attendance will be updated as of this evening. Please email me if there are any concerns.
Otherwise, have an outstanding weekend and take time to take care of yourself whether it be sleep, good food, exercise, and/ or unplugging from your devices. I will see you next week, and until then keep being AWESOME!
To feel more satisfied, aim for 25-30 grams of protein per meal. Some high-protein options: 3 ounce poultry (26 grams protein) 1 cup beans (16 grams), or 1 cup quinoa (8 grams).
Good morning everyone,

Let’s stay positive, and have a great week!
Listening to music can help exercise feel easier, and even boost your speed. Songs with 120- 140 beats per minute appear to have the biggest motivating effect.
The USDA recommends eating 2-3 cups of vegetables every day. Go beyond salads, and try adding vegetables to omelettes, smoothies, stir-fries, soups, pasta or dips.
Hoping that everyone had a great weekend and was able to enjoy the beautiful weather. Also, hope that you took some time for yourself to rest, relax, exercise, or at least un-plug for a bit.
