It’s April, the weather is changing and we’re starting our fitness challenge for all 3 high schools. Since April has 30 days (yes we’re starting late due to spring break), we’re going to steal an idea from ESPN and do a 30 for 30 challenge. It’s only a mile per day, but the benefits will far surpass the time you spend meeting the challenge.
Keep a log of your dates and distances and let me know how you’ve done. I’ll post random results and pics from those that send them to me.
