Where: Michigan Outdoor Adventure Center
When: May 4th (Wednesday when we return from Eid break)
Cost: $6 (to cover the cost of bus and center)
We will be needing around 5 chaperones (please send in $6)

Please complete and return the permission slip (with $6) by Wednesday April 26th.
