FAFSA can normally be completed starting on October 1st each year. However, application dates can vary from year to year, depending on the status of the application. In order to begin your application, you will need:

• Social Security Number
• Driver’s License Number (if you have one)
• You and your parents need to create an FSA ID – Create one HERE
• The Deadline to submit FAFSA is typically June 30th, at the end of the academic year. However, you should check with the university where you are applying to see if they have an earlier deadline.
