• Harry A. Sisson Memorial Scholarship:
  • Focus: Recognition of students who embody Rotary’s ideal of “Service Above Self.”
  • Selection Process: Most local schools can select up to 5 candidates (Early College/HFEC may select 2, and Virtual/VHS may select 1). Students should consult their counselor to be considered.
• Hugh M. Archer Scholarship:
  • Focus: Open to all graduating seniors in the Dearborn area.
  • Selection Process: Students may download the application directly from the Dearborn Rotary website and submit it independently.
  • Deadline: February 2, 2026
• Otto J. Rowen Scholarship:
  • Focus: Specifically for students enrolled in Career Technical Education (CTE), Henry Ford Early College (ECP), or Collegiate Academy (CA) programs.
  • Selection Process: Applicants typically follow the CTE program application process.

Applicable Deadlines & Important Dates

• Application Submission: While specific annual dates fluctuate, students are encouraged to check the Dearborn Rotary Scholarship Page throughout the winter and spring for the current year’s application links.
• Fund Request Period: Recipient funds are available starting July 1st of the award year.
• Fund Expiration: Students must claim their funds by June 30th of the following year (Collegiate Academy students may receive a one-year extension).
