Turn it in as soon as you fill in the blanks and create a meal using what you learned. Be sure to add a splash of color to your meal.
First Test
First test is February 7, 2018 which is also a late start!
The safety and sanitation test will cover:

So since January you have known that you needed a binder, which in the end would turn into a small cookbook for yourself. Now it will be checked for a second time. First time 40 pts and the second time 140 pts. Please turn it in no later than 3/20/18 at the beginning of the hour.
