“Let There Be Dark” Questions

  1. According to the author what are the reasons we need  natural darkness?
  2. How does the author begin his argument (strategies)?
  3. What are the strongest persuasive strategies used in the article (focus your attention on the middle of the article)?
  4. How does the writer conclude? Identify the most significant strategy or strategies and give examples.
  5. Choose a strategy you identified along with the example and explain its effect on the argument.
