Week of November 26
It’s Sunday night and I had a great break! I am betting everyone else did too, or at least hoping everyone did.
Reminders:
- Winter is upon us! Please make sure your child comes to school bundled up, because we plan to take advantage of outdoor recess until it’s below freezing.
- If your child is truly not feeling well in the morning, please assess the situation and keep them home if they will not be able to focus and learn at school. I would rather have them back when they are germ free and ready to participate in learning.
- Healthy snacks only! The school provides fresh fruit or vegetables Monday-Thursday, so please keep all chips, cookies, and candy at home.
- Spelling homework should be done weekly and math homework nightly.
- Have your child spend 15-20 minutes a night working on iReady or Zearn for reading and math practice.
