Hello Families!

We have had more training on the IReady assessment. After going through the data and results we are learning that the more familiarity the students have with the iready pathways learning portal, the more accurate the scores are. In our building the 2nd-5th graders have been working on it in class a couple times a week and scores seem to be pretty consistent with the oral teacher assessments.

We want to make sure our students are prepared and having the best chance at doing well at the assessment. Mrs. Schneider, Mrs. Angela, and Mrs. Fournier have decided to begin having the students work on  IReady pathways two mornings a week at school. The older kids will help our students log in and get started and they will complete a lesson before we begin morning meeting.

This means we need your child to be at school by 9 am! We would still encourage you to practice pathways at home if possible.

Next week we will begin our new morning routines. Please let me know if you have any questions.
