Good afternoon,

Happy Veteran’s Day! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. This week:

• The Book Fair is this week! Students will be shopping today and bringing home their list of books they want. If you choose, on Wednesday students may bring in money to buy their books. Thursday is make up day to buy. The book fair will also be open during conferences on Tuesday and Thursday until 6pm.
• Tuesday is an early release, dismissal is at 1:50.
• Parent teacher conferences are this week on Tuesday and Thursday. A reminder went home last week with your specific time and date. Please be mindful and arrive on time, if you are late your conference will be shortened. When it is your time just knock on the door and I will be right with you. Conferences are mostly scheduled back to back and your conference will end at the scheduled time regardless if we are finished or not. Please let me know ASAP if you are in need of a translator for conferences. I look forward to meeting with all of you!
• This week in math we will be completing module 2 lessons 18, 19, quiz, then lessons 20-22.
• Please be mindful of the changing weather. Please check the weather daily and dress your child appropriately.
• Be on the lookout for some fun Thanksgiving homework being sent home this week.
