Good morning, Disciples: The classroom teacher hopes that you and your loved ones are doing well.

Please do not avoid completing your work by this week, because as you may have already heard, grades DO count and the scores and grades are updated weekly.

Students: Please share with your parent/guardian that in addition to being able to interact with your classroom teacher periodically on a daily basis, the classroom teacher will be available Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, for needed responses within the hour. Furthermore, please note should you not receive an immediate response with that hour, please be patient briefly, since situations may arise that are beyond the control of the classroom teacher, but rest assured that you will hear a response in a very timely and respectful fashion.

Therefore, to summarize:

“Office Hours”: Mon-Fri 10:30 am-11:30 am and periodically daily

Pace yourself and work gradually and avoid waiting until the last day of next week to complete the work. Also, share it with the classroom teacher through Google Slides through editing and NOT viewing.

There are several students who have not completed Assignments #7 & #8. Note that the window closes today at 3:00 pm. Make an effort! You know who you are!

Students: For those of you who are still behind in your schoolwork, the window for the 2 assignments has been extend until Friday, April 17, 2020, until 3:00 pm.

Again, avoid waiting until Friday noon time to get started if you have not already done so.

Give yourself adequate time to reflect and submit quality work, because the classroom teacher knows that you are capable of doing the work.

Students: From now on and if you have not been doing so, make sure that you make a copy of EACH assignment that has been returned to you from the classroom teacher, since you will be needing some of that information as you move forward, because you are not learning in a vacuum.

Otherwise, you may have to redo the work for your own reference to complete future work, which become a waste of your valuable time.

The classroom teacher DOES understand that you may have left your belongings in school last month, and that’s why you need to start having and saving copies of your assignments, as they get deleted after their due dates.

For those of you who are still waiting to get the work done, you have 2 days left before time expires.

Kudos to the 15 students who have worked and submitted their work on both assignments.

Remember: Avoid rushing in your completion, as you tend to make careless mistakes.

Your are given adequate time each week to complete the work, and the goal is really not to be working on it the last minute that it is due, as the classroom teacher has noticed by many of your submissions’ timeline.
