Reinforcement, Section 7.1: Formation of Ions

We will answer the remaining questions on the transparency for ion formation (#’s 7-11), and then we will reinforce ion formation through a study guide as students recap chemical bonds and formation of ions. In the remaining time, students will work on ionic bonds and ionic compounds in their Science Notebook Reading Guide on pages 85-87.
