REMINDER HOURS 4 AND 6: MONDAY, JANUARY 09, 2017: TEST ON CHAPTER 6, VOLCANOES

ATTENTION HOURS 4 & 6: AS YOU RECALL, DUE TO OUR SCHOOL SCHEDULE MODIFICATION BEFORE THE BREAK, WE HAVE AGREED TO POSTPONE OUR CHAPTER TEST UNTIL MONDAY, JANUARY 09, 2017 (AFTER THE BREAK)! THIS MEANS DO SPEND SOMETIME REVIEWING THIS WEEKEND.

Students will be evaluated upon Chapter 6, Volcanoes, that focuses on volcanic eruptions, their causes and effects over time.

What to study? What to study? What to study?

1) Students are very highly recommended to study their created Cornell notes that have been supplemented by the teacher’s PowerPoint notes.

2) Students are to study the key concepts and ideas in the chapter that were selectively reinforced by the creation of the Frayer models.

3) Students are to study the end of each section because there are a series of reinforcement review questions to help them determine how well they understand the ideas and concepts in that section. Go over ALL of them in each section.

4) Students are to check the iblog for any previous attachments that are related to the chapter only, dating back to December 13, 2016 since the classroom teacher has informed the students that they are responsible for any posting and to stay up-to-date on the iblog postings.
