Students are to study the characteristics of igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks ( the latter to be done on Monday) as well as be able to identify examples through the characteristics that were given in class. Students may be having a test on minerals and rocks this coming Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, once this topic is completed and has been reinforced sufficiently.
