Students will observe, draw, and explain each of the four stages of mitosis, namely, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. Furthermore, students will use the stage of the interphase as their starting point to understand the process of cell division known as mitosis, which is actually nuclear division, followed by cytokinesis or cytoplasmic division.
