Lab Activity: Membrane Permeability

Students are to work in groups of two or three to determine the effect of the size of molecules have on their abilities to diffuse through a membrane, simulated by a dialysis tubing/cellophane tape. Furthermore, students will analyze their findings by answering the four discussion questions given based upon their results.
