Bellwork reviewed finding Period, Amplitude, and Equation of the Midline for both Sine and Cosine Functions.

The remainder of the period we began our discussion on Sec 13-7, Transformations of Sine and Cosine.  This section adds Horizontal and Vertical Translations to the graphs of Sine and Cosine.

The remainder of the period we continued our discussion on Sec 13-4, The Sine Function.  Students learned to graph one period of a Sine equation and also write the equation from a given graph.

Bellwork reviewed using the Unit Circle to find exact values of Sin, Cos, and Tan.

Hwk #26 is due today.

The remainder of the period we began our discussion on Sec 13-4, The Sine Function.  Students used the graphing calculator to explore how the values of a and b in the equation y=aSinbx affect the graph of y=Sinx.
