Ann Arbor Hands On Museum

We had a nice day at the museum yesterday. There were lots of things for the students to see, touch, and interact with. They also had a very informative Science Lab activity directed by museum employees. “How to build a sturdy bridge?” and “How to push or pull a toy car?” Overall I think everything went smoothly and the students enjoyed themselves.

ID badges

If your child took their id badges home, please bring them back for the field trip. It’s in a plastic pouch on a string. Thanks See you tomorrow.

Field Trip Chaperones

If filled out a form last year and the office has a copy of your ID, you are good for this year.

1. Please get your permission slip and money in ASAP.

2. If you have volunteered to chaperone, you need to fill out a short form in the office and give them your ID to make a copy for a background check. Do not wait until the day of the Field Trip to complete this task.

Last Thursday the students got together with their 3rd grade Buddies from Mrs. Schug’s class. They completed a “Get to know you” project and took a picture with their buddies. here’s a couple pictures. You will get to see the pictures and their activity at Open House.
