Hi!

My name is Linda Lippert. This year, I will be teaching first grade.   I am excited to begin my 23rd year in Dearborn. Prior to coming to Dearborn, I taught 3 years at Harding Elementary in Detroit and three years at St. Gemma School in Detroit.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan-Dearborn (GO BLUE!!!) with a major in social studies and a minor in language arts. In 1998, I received my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Michigan University. I also earned a Z.A. (early childhood)  endorsement from E.M.U.

I live on Grosse Ile with my husband of 31 years and my two boys.   Brandon is 22 years old and is a senior at Michigan State studying Biosystems Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering.  Scott is 20 years old and is attending University of Northwest Ohio (UNOH) studying Diesel Mechanics.   We have a dog, Hank, and a cat, Willow living in our home.  Our bunny, Bugsy, spends the school year in room 34 with us!  We love animals!!

I like to spend time on Pinterest searching for new projects, working on our house, walking the dogs, traveling, bike riding, spending time at our cottage up north, and collecting Rae Dunn pottery.
