The C-ASIST team is happy to announce that our Telehealth services are available for free to any individual who does not have access to care . The services are offered through out the week and not limited to Friday’s only . If you need to talk to a primary care physician call the number on the flyer below and a team member will schedule the call for you.
If you do not have health insurance during this pandemic, please call (313) 670-9943. Family Health Clinic offers free wellness and mental health services. They can also offer prescription assistance, specialty care referral, Mental and Behavioral Health, social services, health screenings, and health education.
