After discussing the day in history, we continued watching Iron Jawed Angels. Students also were given time to work on a handout over Jane Addams and a map on state suffrage.

After discussing the day in history, we continued to discuss child labor during the Guilded Age. We continued to cover the 9-1 answers, and then students completed a handout over the Muckrakers. Students were also given time to work on the Ch. 9 sec. 2 textbook Questions, due tomorrow.

After checking the Ch. 9 sec. 1 questions from Friday, we discussed the day in history. We then went over the answers to last week’s handouts on Andrew Carnegie and JD Rockefeller. We then began to go over the 9-1 questions, and students completed questions over an article on child labor in mines.
