Today students completed an experiment to discover the difference hot water, cold water and room temperature has on food coloring. Students completed most of the lab at school today, however, students need to complete 2 questions for homework. The questions need to be a complete paragraph using information from the lab. This is an easy lab to complete, and can be completed at home as well.

Lab materials
Pouring hot water into the beaker
Pouring room temperature into the beaker
Using the temperature probes to find the exact temperature of the water
Using the temperature probes was a new experience
Everyone was responsible for a job. These scientists were adding food coloring to the beakers of water.
Everyone was needed to complete this lab
The food coloring needed to be added at the same time.
Only one drop of food coloring was dropped into the beaker.
Compare the food coloring in the hot water with the food coloring in the cold water after 5 seconds.
Compare the food coloring in hot water with the food coloring in the cold water after 25 minutes.
