I’m typing this on my phone so sorry if you see a few mistakes.

But … think about this:

There are a lot of things in the Code of Conduct that you are not allowed to do. Cheating, smoking, swearing, fighting, and gum chewing are not allowed!

Try and think outside the box. Is there a kind of swearing that is good? If you swear to yourself that you will do your homework every day RIGHT when you get home (before video games, etc.), that seems like a good kind of swearing.

Be ready to talk about the GOOD versions of all the things you are not allowed to do.

ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY:

“Are electronic devices causing bad manners?”

HW: You’re in big trouble if you don’t use a little bit of color in your homework!

You’re not really in big trouble, BUT if you would like the highest possible score, you should use color.

Think About It: Do you believe that your phone makes you a better person or a worse person? Write your thoughts on loose leaf. Writing a short bullet list is probably the best way to do this.
