1 – Make quick cards (word and definition only) for: form, line, stanza, free verse, rhyme, rhythm, repetition, alliteration, imagery, simile, metaphor, personification. If you don’t have flashcards, you can write the words and definitions on loose leaf.
YOUR DEFINITIONS MUST BE FROM THE ELA LIT BOOK PAGES 554-558.
2 – STUDY THE CARDS!
3 – IXL – 5th grade or higher – POETRY – NOT RHYME SCHEME – Your score must go from zero to 80. If you score 100, you will earn one polar point.
