B-W:

Carefully read all the SPRING NWEA READING bullets.  Then copy the final statement on a flashcard and sign.

  • SPRING NWEA READING score WILL COUNT on this report card.
    • 7th grade reading level = 100 points
    • 6th grade reading level = 85 points
    • 5th grade reading level = 75 points
    • 4th grade or lower = 50 points
  • EXTRA CREDIT if your score goes UP.
  • MINUS POINTS if your score goes DOWN.
  • IF YOUR NWEA READING SCORE WENT DOWN IN WINTER, YOU MUST SHOW GROWTH FROM FALL TO SPRING OR YOU WILL BE BACK ON PROBATION.
  • Everyone else must stay the same as their winter score or go UP.
  • You are not allowed to use polar points or tickets or cards of any kind to raise your NWEA grade.
  • SPRING NWEA READING scores help Ms. Fawaz decide who needs summer school.

  • Neatly copy the web.
  • Neatly copy the five sentences and fill in the blanks with the correct words from the web.
  • Then add ONE new word to the web and write one new sentence that uses your new word.
  • THEN YOU ARE WELCOME TO ADD MORE FOR EXTRA CREDIT.

Look over your HW from SATURDAY.  Drop it in the box if you believe it is good.
