PART ONE
- Skim through the pages of “The War of the Wall”. Choose ONE word that you think is a key word.
- Be ready to explain why that ONE word is very important or key to the story.
- Do NOT just pick the same word as your friends.
- YOU MUST USE GRAFFITI LETTERS – YOUR WORD MUST BE BRIGHT AND COLORFUL AND LOOK LIKE REAL GRAFFITI.
- CHOICE 1: Draw the letters on a huge poster paper.
- CHOICE 2: Draw each letter on a separate half sheet of computer paper.
- VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: You must sketch your graffiti word with pencil on scrap paper BEFORE you try the real thing.

Read your library book or other chapter book for 20 minutes then write a short summary of what you read.
