Almost everyone knows that football is America’s favorite sport. In fact, over 2 million American kids play football, starting as young as age 5! (Shotz, page 11). For those who don’t know, football is a pretty rough sport with two teams both battling to move the almond shaped football into the other team’s territory. Many parents are now questioning if their kids should even be allowed to play this sport. Kids should NOT play football. Football is not a good career choice, and it’s one of the most dangerous sports in the world.
