Hi folks. I’ve been getting a LOT of questions about the summer reading that we went over in class multiple times before the end of the year. This coming year, we’re going to focus on taking notes, but one more time, here is what you’re supposed to do.
- Choose 3-5 books FROM THE LIST. Your books MUST be from the list. We talked about this.
- Read them. Do not just read the backs or the inside covers. Read the actual book.
- Choose the one you like best. That is the book that you will make your visual presentation on, according to the guidelines in the summer reading paper. The link to that is on the previous post. Your visual presentation is going to be very much like your book project that we did last year.
- Don’t do anything about the other books that you read. We’ll do something with them in September when we get back to school.
I hope this answers all of your questions. Don’t bring your project to class the first day of school. I’ll let you know when.
Enjoy your last three weeks of summer!
