Spring Break homework

During spring break you have the following tasks to work on:

1- Rational Number Adventure (click the link below for directions and an example)

Rational Number Adventure

2) IXL Y6, P1 and P2 (to 100) You will turn in your work for 10 problems from each of the IXL’s.

If you would like to “run with it,” I recommend completing the following IXL’s as well Y7 and Y8 for 6th grade level. Also, K6 and k8 (5th grade).

I hope you all have a refreshing break and come back even more pumped to learn and grow. See you on the flip side!

  1. Mrs. Alasry can we do the IXLs up to 90? And for the Rational Number Adventure can I do it on a white plain paper?

  2. In the Rational Numbers Adventure project, should it include a question? For example, the story problem: “Jimmy had 16 pencils, he gave 1/2 of them away to his friends. How many pencils did he give away?” Should it contain a question or should it be a story?
