4th Grade – Chihuly Inspired Hanging Sculptures

A picture of the hallway outside the art room with abstract, colorful, hanging sculptures made of wire, flexible plastic, and paint.
Our 4th grade students explored the transparent glass sculpture of artist Dale Chihuly. Then each student, using plastic acetate, acrylic paint and wire, created a part to add to the group sculpture. Finally, students voted on the form they would like to create! Come take a look! Amazing work 4th grade!
