In art, we used paper to mimic the layers of fabric found in Mola textiles in Panama. A mola is a shirt, usually for women, with decorations and pattern inspired by the flora and fauna of Panama. The designs are always balanced, and often symmetrical. We chose and designed an animal of personal interest and created vibrant and balanced molas of our own! Great work 4th grade!
