- 3:00-4:45 All music students stay after school to decorate their area for the concert
- 4:45-5:30 Eat (Bring your Own Snack)
- 5:30-5:50 Warm Up and Tune
- 5:50: students move to strolling concert locations within the Stout building
- 6:00-7:30 Students perform in various locations as parents and guests stroll past
- 7:30-7:50 All students gather in cafeteria to perform as a group
- 7:50-8:10 students clean their stations
Bring some spending money for hot chocolate and Holiday treats. There will also be a holiday basket raffle.

Hi Mr. Walters. This seems like an epically long day for a sixth grader. Has anyone else expressed concern?

Mr. Vicary, thank you for your comment and concern. As a parent of 5 I completely understand. No one else has expressed concern, but I’m glad to have Edward go home after school with you and return at 5:30. Simply have him speak to his group to let them know. Mr. Walters
