Thursday, our 7th and 8th grade string players

  • 3:00 pm Students will Stay at School
  • 4:00 pm Pizza in the cafeteria (please bring $2.00 this week to help. Thank you!)
  • 4:40 pm Travel to Riverside Middle School in Dearborn Heights
  • 5:00 pm Put instrument cases in gymnasium at Riverside.
  • 5:25 Warm UP Room
  • 5:50 Performance Room
  • 6:10 Sight Reading Room
  • 6:25 Put Away Instruments
  • 6:45 Get Rating from judges
  • 7:00 Board Buses to return to Stout
  • 7:20 Return to Stout Middle School

Friday, our 8th grade band,  with several seventh and sixth graders,

  • 3:00 pm Students will Stay at School (No Jazz Band)
  • 3:45 pm Pizza in the cafeteria (please bring $2.00 this week to help. Thank you!)
  • 4:25 pm Travel to Riverside Middle School in Dearborn Heights
  • 4:45 pm  put instrument cases in gymnasium at Riverside.
  • 5:00 Warm UP Room
  • 5:25 Performance Room
  • 5:50 Sight Reading Room
  • 6:15 Put Away Instruments, get snack in cafeteria, receive ratings from judges
  • 7:00 Listen to Northville Hillside Middle School Band Perform
  • 7:25 Board Buses to return to Stout
  • 7:45 Return to Stout Middle School
