Elementary:
2 person parachute – use a large bath towel and have the kids hold both sides of one end. Use a few items (not breakable) and have them try to flip them from the towel into a bucket, hoop, trash can, etc.
Elementary/Middle:
Fitness Tic-Tac-Toe – any multiple of 2 – Start at a line and then set up a tic-tac-toe board about 10-20 yards away. Have something to use as “their pieces” to mark on the board. Say “GO” and they will run back and forth with one piece to place on the board each round. They can also run without a piece and move their opponents piece somewhere else.
Middle/High School (soccer fans):
Soccer Tennis – Use a low net/rope/anything that works as a net. Use a soccer ball or volleyball and combine the rules of soccer and tennis to play. Players are allowed to use their feet, head, chest, etc (same as soccer) to get the ball back over the net. The ball doesn’t have to bounce, but can bounce once on each side (same as tennis).
