• The work that students completed with the substitute has just about all been graded and inputted into the gradebook.
• The quiz that students took on 11/1 will be put into the gradebook very soon. The Linear Regression page will be counted as “extra credit” and will not hurt your grade.
• The quiz that students took earlier this week will be graded and input as soon as possible.
• I will be available before and after school the days leading up until the Thanksgiving break, with the exception of after school 11/20. If you are having any issues you need to come for help. You can also stay after for tutoring in the media center any day. There are math teachers there available to help.
• More information in regards to test retakes will come.

Today I was out of the building attending a meeting with other Algebra 2 teachers from the district.

Students had the following assignment to complete by the end of the hour and turn into the guest teacher:

Today was a late start and students took their Function Transformations Unit Test. I will have these tests graded by Monday. They will be included on this card marking. Please note that due to the date of the card marking ending (Oct 20) that the retake will have to occur after this date. This will not have a negative impact on your student’s grade if they choose to retake this assessment due to our overall semester long grades.

Tomorrow we’ll begin our new unit!
