Bellwork reviewed writing and solving systems of equations from Sec 7-4.
Hwk #5 is due today.
The remainder of the period we practiced a few more problems from Sec 7-4 and then began our discussion on Sec 7-5, Graphs of Linear Inequalities.
Next homework that will be due is Hwk #6. Sec 7-5. Students are to use the sheet with graphs that I will provide them. This homework will be due either Feb. 26 or Feb. 29. Exact due date is still to be determined.

Bellwork reviewed problems and skills from Sec 7-4.
The remainder of the period we discussed how to set up and solve equations from sec 7-4 which require writing and solving a system of equations to model “real-life” situations.

Bellwork reviewed solving systems of equations similar to the ones they will encounter in Sec 7-4.
The practice sheet from after yesterday’s quiz is due today.
The remainder of the period we began discussing Sec 7-4,Applications of Linear Systems. Students will be able to model a “real-life” situation with a system of equations and then solve using either Elimination or Substitution.
Hwk #5 will be due on Tuesday. Sec 7-4
