Talking to the diagram:
Students will interpret the meaning of two of Ecology’s main themes: Lives organisation and its interactions
We will follow up and develop these interactions online – with an interactive ecosystem and gather data
Tuesday
Basic vocabulary is introduced and students will gather information (create a chart) on 6 organisms: habitat – interactions – effect – hand out below

Wednesday
Students create a food chain and web showing interaction from the organisms they have been studying and develop an understanding of behavior that affects the entire ecosystem.
Thursday
Students will read section 18-3 and answer the questions – handout below
Friday
Working in groups students will create a poster that answers a few questions given to their group and present to the class
