What can we infer might most likely be the criminal’s motives in referring to the police officer as “Our Ally”? 3.) When the Boston police officers began striking in 1919 many people were upset that the police were not doing their job to protect citizens from crime. In your opinion were the police justified in prioritizing their own personal interests over their responsibility to protect the citizens of Boston?
