We had a busy day today! The students spent the afternoon at a Healthy Hearts presentation from Wayne State Medical Students. Students– share what you learned with your family members!

There were 2 passages sent home for reading homework.

1. Some students have the “Cartoons for Grown-Ups”
   1. They should read the passage and complete the compare and contrast chart on the back. They should also respond to the written short response on the back.
2. Some students have a reading passage about colonial life vs today
   1. They should read the passage on the front and draw a venn diagram on the back to compare colonial and today life. Students should include at least 3 ideas for each part.
