Reading: Firsthand and Secondhand account passages – complete the Venn diagram AND write your response to the questions (This will be GRADED, so try your best!) + iReady 🙂

Social Studies: If you DID NOT finish your COMIC, you need to finish it for homework

Reading: Finish your Story Arc (realistic fiction) if you did not finish in class + iReady for at least 20 minutes

Reading: Beyonce Compare and Contrast Passage (read the front and underline, complete the questions on back) + 20 MINUTES OF IREADY

Tomorrow afternoon, we will have our PBIS as a class. Our PBIS is “Technology Day” + Snack. Students are allowed to bring a technology of their choice and a snack of their choice. Please be aware that ALL students are responsible for their own technology. They will have an opportunity to use it for 45 minutes in the afternoon. They will not be allowed to use it during whole group lessons, specials or lunch/recess. Although students have a choice of their own snacks, healthy snacks are highly encouraged!

This week, Miller will be having it’s annual Book Fair. Students will have an opportunity to shop for books during a selected time in the school day. Please remind your students to bring in adequate money, if needed, so that they can participate in the book. Book fair catalogs are provided in class.
