Good afternoon!

For tomorrow morning’s concert, please be sure to bring chairs. We will be OUTSIDE on the Culver side of the school.

Our class will be lined up on the sidewalk closest to the building. There will be cones marking where to sit. Please sit near our side so you will be able to see your son/daughter.

As a reminder:

*We will start at 9:45. Parking is EXTREMELY limited so plan to be there early enough. Due to lunch times and the preschool graduation, we CANNOT start late.

*Please make sure your child is here at 8:55. We will have our last rehearsal and need to make sure they are ready!

*Please do no bring balloons or signs. If you do have balloons, you will be asked to sit in the back so you do not block the view of others.

*If you want to take your child home after the concert, you just need to sign them out. Each teacher will have a sign out. You do NOT need to go into the office.

*Our lunch is at 11:00. Once the concert is over, there will be cookies and water (one cookie and one bottle of water per person please!) and we can take some pictures. But we do need to head in by 10:50 so we can get ready for lunch.

It has been a fantastic year and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
