Dear Snow community,
This is a friendly reminder that kindergarten registration is currently underway. If your children are of kindergarten age and you would like to register them, please refer to the information below.
Important Information
Your child must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2025 to register for Kindergarten for the 2025/2026 school year. For current Dearborn residents, waivers must be signed by June 1, 2025 to be eligible for the Young Fives or Kindergarten Class. After June 1, 2025, residents new to the Dearborn area must have waivers signed by August 15, 2025. Waiver forms are available in the Snow office. You may start enrollment by visiting the enrollment website at https://dearbornschools.org/services/enroll/ prior to your registration appointment
Make your appointments as soon as possible. Physical forms are due the first day of school. Please note: Preschool physicals are not accepted.
Enrollment Packet
Please bring the following completed information to your Young Fives and Kindergarten Registration appointment:
- Your child’s original birth certificate.
- Blue Enrollment Form filled out for your student.
- Proof of residency- (whether you own or rent your home) and driver’s license. (See enclosed white information sheet on what is acceptable).
- Immunization Records. State Law requires that no child will be able to start school unless she/he has their immunization records up-to-date.
- Guardianship papers if applicable.
Copies will be made at registration and originals returned to you.
