Greetings, Friends & Families!
Poem of the week
Maytime Magic
A little seed
For me to sow …
A little earth
To make it grow ….
A little hole,
A little pat ….
A little wish,
And that is that.
A little sun,
A little shower ….
A little while,
And then — a flower!

What was Happening in room 107?
- The letter “X” was our letter of the week.
- Finished our craft that represented the letter “X”. We made a “xylophone” out of construction papers.
- During this past week, we were still learning about our core word, “STOP”.
- For reading comprehension, we used “Stop Doing That!” book from “Core First Learning” series to answer “What book did we read?” question.
- We listened to “I See Spring” book by “Charles Ghigna” and illustrated by “Ag Jatkowska”.
- We visited Gym, Music, & Art.
- We met our wonderful specialists: OT, PT, & SLPI.
- We celebrated the birthday of two of our friends in room 107: Heba & Bisan. Big shout and happy birthday to both of them 🙂
- A friendly reminder: Parents, it is very important to build a good habit of reading every night with your child. Please, use the link below to listen and enjoy the story that we read in the classroom with your child.
